Driver
Requirements
To apply, you must be at least 23 years of age, with 1 year of
experience and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 12
months. There can be no reckless driving on your record
within the past 3 years, or DUIs within the past 5 years. Also, you
must have 9 years of verifiable work history. There will be a physical
and drug screen required.Insurance
C&C Trucking has a comprehensive insurance program that
provides you and your family with valuable financial protection.
Coverage begins the first month following 90 days after date of
hire.
Retirement
Prepare for retirement by taking advantage of our 401(k)
program. You are eligible after 6 months continuous employment with
the company.
Pay Scale
With 2 years OTR experience pay ranges from $0.34-0.40 per mile.
Teams split their earnings of $0.40 per mile.

Additional
Pay
Stop Pay - $20 per stop after 1st stop for each additional
pickup or delivery.
Holiday Pay - SE $80 per day, NE $112 per day for Memorial
Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Bereavement Pay - SE $80 per day, NE $112
per day, maximum 1 day.
Vacation Pay - SE $500 per week, NE $560 per week, eligible after 1
year.
Orientation - $50 per day.
NYC Area Delivery - $100.
Driver are also paid additionally for unloading when needed,
layover, short hauls, detention, breakdowns, equipment recovery and
road tests.
Equipment
We operate late model International and Freightliner
power units with air-ride suspension, A/C, stereo, power steering,
cruise, and Satellite communications.
Rider
Program
A Rider program is provided for the immediate family of drivers.
Proper forms must be filled out and accompanied with the driver at
all times. This is in accordance with the rules and regulations of
the Department of Transportation.
Home Time
Our drivers can be on the road 5-7 days, however drivers
will be home most weekends.
